Renault Samsung Motors: N°1 customer satisfaction for the 10th year running
For the tenth year running, the extensive survey held by Marketing Insight has ranked Renault Samsung Motors Number 1 for quality on the South Korean market.
The study assessed the degree of satisfaction of almost 100,000 customers or people intending to buy through a questionnaire on eight items divided into three categories:
- Product quality (Initial Quality – Reliability – Design – Marketability)
- Service quality (Sales - After-sales)
- Customer satisfaction (Stress – Overall satisfaction)
Overall, Renault Samsung Motors is quality leader. In retail, the brand has won the top ratings for 6 out of 8 survey categories:
- Initial Quality
- Durability
- Marketability
- Satisfaction with Sales
- Satisfaction with After-sales Services
- Overall Satisfaction
